I have been at my current location since December 2006. During one month in 2006, I opened my practice to Shelley Bradford of Integrity Management Solutions Group. My goal was to make a good practice, practice high quality medicine better, as well as improve my quality of life. It is my privilege to recommend Shelley to anyone who desires to improve, refine or restructure their practice to make it more productive, more enjoyable and more successful in today's competitive market.
I have found Shelley to be knowledgeable, compassionate and resourceful. She spoke honestly with my staff and me and made staffing changes and restructuring that needed to be made, as well as helping me see how clients perceive my hospital. She posses a unique ability to recognize deficiency while striving to continually improve what one appears to be "doing right".
Although it is beyond the scope of this recommendation to cover all of the areas Shelley impacted my practice; I would gladly share this information with interested colleagues. The rigors of practice put tremendous pressure and stress on practitioners.
