Shelley Bradford

Shelley Bradford is the founder of Integrity Management Solutions Group. Shelley has 19 years experience dedicated specifically to working with professionals, their teams, and business partners in every area of business management.

Shelley has excelled in the Pharmaceutical industry working with NLS Animal Health and The Darby Group in the veterinary field. Shelley has management experience in the medical field since 1990, as she also has years of opportunities to gain knowledge about the profession throughout her life.

In 1999, Shelley was awarded 3 year contract to consult East Orlando Animal Hospital in Orlando, Florida. Within three years she led the practice in a new direction where it became a client as well as a service oriented practice, and while she was there the hospital significantly increased their gross revenues and grew out of their location and built a new location to accommodate the hospital growth.

Shelley created a consulting firm to help medical professionals achieve excellence while coming alongside them to achieve the same success she was able to provide to East Orlando Animal Hospital. Shelley has consulted many practices in the Central Florida area as well as the Southern California area, in the areas of , human resources, client service financial improvement, organization, branding and many other aspects of practice management.

Shelley has assembled a team to enhance the management and training experiences in a hands on manner. IMSG will work with management and team members as change and development take place through this process. IMSG will oversee your operation during the implementation process,while developing your organization to be client focused.
